QA/QC Introduction

Years' experience in making drug helped us to establish a well production practice. Under an effective quality assurance system, our quality activity covers all aspects in the factory: process validation, lot controls, internal GMP audit and analytical procedure. However, the most important is the people's understanding and behavior.
That's why Sirio's train programs mainly emphasize:
1) A miss at the beginning might result in a big mistake.
2) Only assure every material and every practice is 100% correct, can we expect a 100% right product.

In Sirio, we require that all production activities conform to relevant industrial standards, and the products meet all standard requirements, especially to make sure that strict requirements set by European Union and North American countries for bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), pesticide residue, chemical residue, heavy metals and bacteria are fully satisfying.

Our laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art instruments, such as HPLC, GC, atomic absorption, and UV, which are used for analysis of raw materials, intermediate products and finished products, and for providing necessary support for formula design, process study and pilot production.
